Join us as we go back in time to 1945. Enjoy the sights and sounds of living history as the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society puts on display the fully restored Santa Fe 3751 steam locomotive at a private night photo shoot from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm on September 22nd. This event will take place at Amtrak's Los Angeles Mechanical facility turntable located at Redondo Junction.
The photoshoot will be led by well-known railroad photographer Alex Gillman. His work has been featured in company publications from Amtrak, BNSF Railway, Metrolink, and TTX, to name a few. In addition to railroad company photography, Alex has also had his work featured in TRAINS Magazine, Railfan & Railroad Magazine, and multiple UK-based train media groups. When not behind the camera, Alex serves as the Vice President of the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society, which owns and operates the restored Santa Fe 3751 steam locomotive. Alex's comprehensive approach and decades of photography experience will ensure that every photographer gets "the shot" no matter their level of experience. Space is limited, so purchase quickly.
Tickets are $150 plus any applicable taxes and fees.
**This event will occur in an active railroad yard environment and is closed to the public. In addition to a waiver of liability (will be provided to photographers onsite) being required to be signed and turned in prior to the event, only registered photo shoot participants will be allowed to enter and participate in this event**
