Description
In this two-hour workshop and book signing with world renowned psychotherapist and author Barry Michels you will learn how to dissolve negativity and replace it with an ongoing sense that there is something greater than yourself on your side - something that wants you to succeed.
"Every patient I’ve ever treated has fallen into the rut of negativity. It can take many different forms: worry, regret, pessimism, self-flagellation, or a mash-up of everything. The occasional negative thought won’t ruin your life, but most people go through periods where the negativity takes over. Each thought feels like THE TRUTH and creates the sense that whatever you want in life is impossible. You pay a huge price when you fall prey to this kind of negativity—it destroys your future. In fact, it’s hard to believe you have a future." - Barry Michels, Psychotherapist, Author of The Tools.
Fortunately there is a solution. In this two-hour workshop, you will learn to use negativity to put yourself in a state of awe, grateful for everything you’ve been given. You will develop the tools to discover what's possible and unleash your full potential!
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM: Workshop and Q & A
