Doors open at 6pm, the You Are Not Alone short film screening will begin at 6:30pm, and the film begins at 7pm.
About the You Are Not Alone short film
You Are Not Alone is a short documentary about a collaborative, mixed media art project started in 2019 by Samantha Schutz and Annica Lydenberg. Their project, You are Not Alone Murals, was created to connect and provide community and support for individuals living with mental health challenges and the people that love them.
This film is our contribution to a project created and sustained by hundreds of talented artists from around the world. We join a rising movement to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, ignite supportive conversations, and show everyone who struggles with mental illness that there are people available to help.
Bring your own blankets and chairs to lay out picnic style on the turf. A limited number of chairs will be available.
RSVP does not guarantee entry. Capacity is limited and guests will be welcomed on a first come, first served basis. RSVPs recommended to receive event updates and information.
Seaport Cinema is free to attend, and concessions will be available onsite for purchase. No outside alcohol is allowed.
