FIT IS BACK!
Ready to get back to your workouts? This summer, head to The Greens on The Rooftop at Pier 17 for FREE Seaport Fit classes led by some of New York’s top fitness experts. Strengthen your mind, test your body and challenge your fitness limits. Classes are free but capacity is limited -- be sure to RSVP today and reserve your spot.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Yoga classes will take place at The Greens, located on The Rooftop at Pier 17. Attendees will work out on the large game lawns on the south side of The Rooftop. For the best vibes, attendees will wear Silent Disco headphones throughout their workout.
Classes start at 6:30PM. Check-in will begin at 6PM. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in.
Bottles of LIFEWTR and workout mats will be provided onsite. Guests are welcome to bring their own workout mat if preferred. No towels will be provided onsite so please bring your own.
Capacity is very limited for classes. As such, you MUST have an RSVP to attend class. No walk-ins will be allowed.
You must wear a mask at all times on Pier 17, with the exception of when you are working out. Please respect our staff, instructors and your fellow Fit fans.
WAIT LIST, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, capacity is very limited. Please respect your fellow Fit fans and cancel your RSVP if you can no longer attend class. If you are confirmed for class and do not show up, we maintain the right to remove your future reservations from FIT.
Classes will only be held outside. If inclement weather is expected, classes will be cancelled 24 hours prior and attendees will be notified via email.
Is the class sold out? Don't worry! Add your name to the waitlist and you will receive an email if a spot becomes available. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP as soon as you are able.
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE?
All classes will be outdoors and will maintain social distance protocols.
Lawns are sanitized before and after your workout.
Workout mats are sanitized before and after your workout and are properly spaced to allow for physical distancing throughout your workout.
Headphones are sanitized before and after your workout.
While there will be instructors onsite to help demonstrate and correct form, they will maintain their distance.
The team managing check in will be wearing masks & gloves. iPads used for check-in will be sanitized after each use.

Founded in November 2013, Lyons Den Power Yoga is an infrared-heated power yoga studio and the only Baptiste-style studio in Manhattan. With locations in Tribeca and Chelsea and classes running from 5am to 8pm, Lyons Den Power Yoga is recognized as a hub for Baptiste Yoga worldwide. The practice at The Den is designed to empower individuals with focus, training and insight that supports individuals to achieve consistent results in the most important areas of their lives and has an incredibly inclusive community. In addition to leading classes, the Lyons Den team hosts teacher training programs and workshops for those interested in deepening their practice.
