New Year, New Goals, New You! This Winter, The 4th Floor Event Space at Pier 17 will host FREE fitness classes curated and led by some of New York’s top fitness experts. Strengthen your mind, test your body and challenge your fitness limits with Seaport Fit. Classes are free but space is limited so be sure to RSVP today and reserve your spot. Presented by NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital and LIFEWTR Is the class sold out? Don't worry! Entry opens up 10 minutes before the class starts to anyone who would like to attend on a first come, first served basis until the class is full. If you have RSVP'd, make sure to arrive early to claim your spot. You aren't guaranteed entry once the class is opened up 10 minutes prior to class. Bad weather? Classes take place rain or shine in our indoor location. Take the elevators or the escalators up to the 4th floor event space. You'll see our Seaport Fit class outside the double doors to head right in to our check in table! KARMA KIDS YOGA Join us for our first Seaport Fit Kids class instructed by the incredible team from Karma Kids Yoga. Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. We'll also include group poses, challenging poses, we'll play fun yoga games, practice partner acrobatics, and flying partner yoga, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Self-expression through yoga is encouraged. This class promises fun for the whole family because you can do yoga together forever!
