Information regarding Concessions for 3rd Level Students/OAPs
Reduced ticket rates for Students and OAPs will be available to purchase on the day of fixtures at turnstiles/entrances where no online ticket is available.
3rd Level Students MUST present a valid physical Student ID to get the reduced concession rate at the turnstile/entrance.
Senior Citizens may be requested to show a valid ID i.e. Government issued Free Travel card, to receive a reduced ticket rate.
Patrons seeking reduced rate concession tickets, please have your IDs ready for inspection before entering the grounds and approaching gate checkers.
Please don't assume that gate checkers know you are entitled to a reduced rate, please inform them you wish to get a reduced rate.
Purchasing an Adult Ticket DOES NOT entitle holders to receive any concession back from gate checkers.

Terms & Conditions associated with an Adult ticket issued by Clare GAA and universe.com
1. Please give full legal name(s) when purchasing a ticket on universe.com
2. The QR Code/online Adult ticket issued by Clare GAA & Universe entitles the purchaser entry to one single game (or a doubleheader where applicable).
3. Please check you have the correct QR codes ready and open for scanning before approaching turnstiles/gate checkers to avoid delayed entry to a scheduled fixture.
4. If presenting your QR code(s) via a smartphone please have the screen brightness setting slid up to maximum brightness.
5. A linked legal name(s) to a valid Adult Ticket/QR code can be given to a Clare GAA gate checker along with a valid Picture ID, should tickets be inaccessible online (due to bad mobile network coverage), or loss of power, or unreadable from smartphone devices (cracked screen/damaged screen protector) or printed media.
6. Clare GAA gate checkers have the right to refuse entry if a ticket is suspected of being reused/misused.
7. Where the fixture is a doubleheader and patrons are exiting the first game with intentions on returning to watch the second game of a scheduled doubleheader, on exiting the grounds patron(s) must clearly inform gate checkers that they will be returning. Back of a patron's hands may be stamped on exit, where the need arises for re-entry to a doubleheader event to keep track where there is a huge return of patrons expected.
8. No refunds are available after the initial purchase of ticket type.
9. This ticket DOES NOT entitle...
a) ... holders any special seating rights (unless specified), access rights to secured areas, official match programmes, additional VIP or parking privileges.
b) ... holders to receive any concession back from Clare GAA gate-checkers.
c) ... holders viewing or access rights to online streaming services i.e. Clare GAA TV etc.
10. Adult Tickets must not be used in any lottery, competition or promotional purposes to aid with financial gain.
11. Promoting the reusing of single-entry QR codes will not be tolerated and will result in no access and a possible future barring to scheduled Clare GAA fixtures.
12. Purchasing adult tickets from unauthorised sources does not allow patrons entry to scheduled GAA fixtures, so please ensure your purchasing approved Clare GAA sources only.
13. Please note for the protection of the ticket holders, Clare GAA Universe tickets are digitally time-stamped when scanned on entry and that data can be inspected by gate checkers should the need arise.
14. Is it prohibited to resell an unscanned Adult Ticket for more than the face value.
