The bartender develops a custom cocktail to pair with the research; the scientist talks about her work; and we drink and talk science!*
This month we are excited to host Dr. Jen Owen, who will discuss her study of birds and the ecology of avian flus.
Plus, we're at a very special location. Instead of being at a bar/restaurant this month, Clare Fox and Wayne Maki are going to host is in their fantastic workshop/art gallery/boutique on Detroit's eastside.
