Slow to fast then fast to slow using every part of your body. Do what you can and have fun. Yes you get a club feel and more... Do it for the girls... Stop being so undercover. Live DJ playing all your old school to new school music. A fun way to get in shape and having fun in a non judgmental environment. This is happening every Thursday at 6:00PM - 7:00PM unless cancelled. There is Daycare available for the mommies ... That's a plus
