SHARE-a-Latte (SAL) is a monthly networking coffee for SHARE Charlotte’s local nonprofit partners. Hosted the third Thursday of the month, these free events offer an intentional opportunity for Charlotte nonprofits to come together. SAL always feature a special guest - community leaders, funders, influencers and innovators - exposing SHARE’s nonprofit partners to new ideas while building social capital. SAL is always hosted in a different Charlotte location to expose our partners to a variety of venues and neighborhoods they may otherwise not have the opportunity to explore.
We will continue to host this event monthly virtually until further notice (Zoom link below).
This month's SHARE-a-Latte (9:00 - 10 a.m.) will take place on Thursday, August 20. Valaida Fullwood (Co-Founder, NGAAP Charlotte) and Charles Thomas (Director, Knight Foundation) will be our special guests! Both Valaida and Charles co-published a book of photography and stories, Giving Back: A Tribute to Generations of African American Philanthropists. RSVP today to join them in August, as they will be talking about about black philanthropy - we look forward to virtually hosting you!
