Fans who pre-order will have guaranteed ticket reservations. Seats will be pre-assigned by the system, based on best availability at the time of pre-order.
Fans will receive a unique 7-digit code (non-transferable and STRICTLY NOT FOR SALE) for the ticket reservation that will be used to claim the actual ticket starting May 20, 2019.

PAYMENT
Ticket pre-order is limited to one (1) section with a maximum of 4 (four) tickets per person. Promoter reserves the right to cancel any ticket pre-order exceeding the limit or those not redeemed before cut-off. Ticket redemption is on May 20-21, 2019 at all SM TICKETS OUTLETS NATIONWIDE.

WHO: Name on the pre-order voucher MUST be the one to redeem and pay for the ticket.

What does ticket pre-order mean?
Ticket pre-order allows fans to conveniently reserve tickets online. Fans can then redeem and pay for tickets at the designated site on the scheduled ticket redemption day.
Do we need to pay during the reservation process?
NO. Payment will be on the ticket redemption date that will start on May 20, 2019. Ticket reservation through our website that will start on May 15, 2019 is 100% FREE.
How many tickets can I pre-order?
You can pre-order a maximum of four (4) tickets.
Can I pre-order tickets from different sections?
No, pre-orders are limited to one (1) section only at four (4) tickets maximum.
Will tickets be available for pre-order through SM Tickets website or outlets?
No, tickets will NOT be available on SM Tickets or any other ticketing platform.
How do I know if my pre-order has been successfully placed?
You will receive two (2) separate emails. The first e-mail will contain a summary of your ticket order, which you will receive a few minutes after you pre-order. The second e-mail will contain your ticket redemption voucher and unique 7-digit reservation code. Expect to receive this email on or before May 19 at 3 PM.
What if I pre-order more than the allowed ticket limit?
Any ticket pre-order exceeding the allowed limit will be cancelled based on information provided at the time of pre-order (ie. Name, E-mail address, Mobile Number)
I pre-ordered tickets at a seated section. When will I know my seat assignment?
Seat assignments will be known at the time of ticket redemption and payment. Seats are pre-assigned based on best availability at the time of pre-order. Orders will be seated together as best effort.
When can I redeem my ticket?
Fans can redeem their ticket(s) at any SM Tickets outlets anytime from May 20-21, 12NN to 9 PM daily.
What do I need to bring to redeem and pay for my ticket?
You must bring one (1) valid ID matching the name on your pre-order, your redemption voucher and your payment. Please note that the name on the pre-order voucher must be the one to redeem and pay for the tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket redemption voucher?
No, you may present an electronic copy of the voucher. It is your responsibility to protect and keep a copy of your voucher.
What modes of payment are accepted?
You can pay either in cash or a locally issued credit card (Mastercard or Visa only).
Are there charges on top of the published ticket price?
There are no additional charges on top of the published ticket price. If you are paying in cash, we suggest that you prepare exact amount for faster transaction.
