Sobremesa is an ongoing demonstration about the local terroir of Southern California, a celebration of it’s sunshine and laid back vibes.
A deep exploration of the land we inhabit and the roots of growing up along the coast, carrying on the tradition of bringing people together through food. An expression of our place through endemic plants and natural materials all brought together to a table where strangers eat the fruiting body of the processes, together, on our land.
We are always learning and being inspired by our surroundings. We are thrilled to be able to share all of our combined knowledge and energy with all of you, thank you for being apart of the journey.
A percentage of the proceeds will be joined with a donation from Bishop Rotary towards Davis School Elementary for an annual Turkey Drive. This will help supply families in Santa Ana to have a full thanksgiving meal for the holiday.
