Family friendly afternoon event celebrating the good work of SOIL Boulder and our local farmers and community. The menu, prepared by the Instructors at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and Chef/Butcher Robert Grant, has been crafted to celebrate and highlight the meat from a regeneratively raised, grass-fed cow, as well as best-of-the-season produce from many of our Boulder County farmers.
