Hear the stories behind their greatest songs, learn valuable lessons from their personal experiences, gain insights into the songwriting craft, learn how to navigate the music industry as an emerging creator, and more. About Blue Rodeo Those who have followed Blue Rodeo realize that the magic of the band’s sound is that co-leaders Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor are distinctly different personalities that complement each other. There are two definite songwriting voices within the band – and whatever they’re doing to bring those voices together has worked. In the nearly 40 years since forming in Toronto, quickly electrifying the Queen West scene and dominating venues around the nation still to this day, Blue Rodeo has sold more than four million albums, received countless JUNO Award wins and nominations, been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, received a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame, been named to the Order of Canada and been honoured with the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award. About Lowell Lowell is a singer, songwriter and producer known for her collaborations with Beyoncé, Madison Beer, Charlie XCX, Tate McRae, Charlie Puth, The Beaches, Lennon Stella, Nessa Barrett, Hailee Steinfeld, bülow, Lu Kala, Leah Kate and many more. Specializing in artist development, Lowell has proven herself to be a powerhouse in consistently breaking artists. Whether producing, writing or A&R’ing projects, her ability to anticipate stylistic and production trends has launched many young artist projects into successful careers. With two songs on Beyoncé’s critically acclaimed album “COWBOY CARTER” - the international smash “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” and single “BODYGUARD” - Lowell has become a trusted collaborator for the legendary artist. Previous highlights include co-writing and co-producing The Beaches’ breakthrough album, featuring “Blame Brett”, which held #1 at alternative radio for 17 weeks and is rising at U.S. and Canadian Top 40.
