A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body.
Many of us sense a strong atmosphere of fear and division around the U.S. elections and are deeply troubled by the violence and natural disasters happening worldwide. While fear is a natural response to these pressing challenges, our most effective actions come from a place beyond it. By reconnecting to a sense of unity, we can remember that we are part of a greater community committed to liberation, justice and peace for all.
Come join us so we can take a breath together and share in a moment of pause.
