Dig a little deeper this Spon Day with a behind the scenes, one hour brewery tour of our barrel room and special, cellar Spon beer tasting! Join brewer Sarah Lee into our 700 barrel fermentation room where she will guide guests through the process of making Spon and the role our barrel room plays. Sample the beers directly from the barrel and learn about the ways that we take time and place seriously. After the tour, we'll be opening three exciting Jester King spontaneously fermented beers from years prior. This will not be one to miss and tickets are limited. Only open for those 21 years and above.
