Join me on Sunday, March 19th at 1pm for a celebration of the Spring Equinox!
The event will consist of an intention setting exercise to tap into the energetics of the Spring Equinox, followed by a gentle 40-minute yoga flow, and ending with a 30-minute soundbath savasana. Light refreshments will be provided!
The event will take place at Light on Lotus in Mar Vista. Details on where to go and what to bring day of will be provided 48 hours before the event.
