Our ever-popular “Wild Edible Identification Walks” are 2-hour wild plant identification trip and they book up fast! Learn tips and tricks on how best to cook and preserve tons of different wild edibles from burdock root to birch leaves. (note: this is not a live cooking demo or a harvesting trip, ID only).
