Stoylov is an indie music project led by Montrealer singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nicolas Dubé. Characterized by a cinematic musical approach reminiscent of film noir soundtracks, lush sonic textures, upbeat grooves and earworm melodies, Stoylov invites you to dive into his own soundscape like you would experience in a Dostoievsky's novel or a David Lynch movie. Hiis recent record ,‘’Malvina’’ (2023/11/10) explores themes of uncertainty and spirituality while drawing inspirations from Portishead's visceral grooves, Patricia Highsmith’s uncanny narratives, Twin Peaks’s surrealism, Eliott Smith's delicate vocals and William Basinski’s experimental compositions.

First act: HANK’S DREAM Hank’s Dream is the musical project started in 2019 by keyboardist and singer Henry Cobb. The band’s synth-lush sound is both a reflection of Cobb’s nature as a keyboardist as well as his appreciation for groups like Alvvays and Men I Trust. Meanwhile, the often simplistic form of their songs and the naivete of their lyrics are both testaments to the influence of the likes of The Beatles, Jonathan Richman and Mac DeMarco. https://linktr.ee/hanksdreammusic
