Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound at The William Vale on TUESDAY, June 25th - in the Vale Ballroom.
Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body.
Please note - doors will open at 6:15pm and we will begin promptly at 6:45pm
Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (towels will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat).
