Join us for a magical afternoon of dispelling our Dementors with the most powerful of all magicks: the Patronus!
Real talk: We all have Dementors. Sometimes they show up as inner voices that sap our confidence, telling us we're not 'good enough' or that we're not worthy. Sometimes they appear as relationships with ourselves and others that make us feel stuck. Sometimes they even appear as dark, smoky figures that sap our will to live (hopefully not too often).
The good news is that we all have access to a Patronus, a charm forged of our unique core energy, that can fend off even the most fearsome of Dementors.
Summoning Your Patronus will help all of us reconnect with our core, call in support, and see if we can collectively create a bit of light, healing, and Patronusiffic magic in the world.
We want to keep everything Muggle-Friendly, so instead of incantation, we'll be using the practical wizardry of story, human connection, and breath to facilitate our journeys.
The afternoon will be fun, powerful, and magical in surprising ways.
Plus, Harry Potter's birthday is on July 31st, so we'll probably have treats to celebrate :)
About Your Faculty
Professor Julia Albain is an Energy Worker and lover of humans. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in the Tibetan Usui and Karuna lineages. Additionally, she is trained and practices in Integrative Energy Therapy, Shamanic Healing, Mindfulness, and more. Julia serves private clients and students in a variety of capacities with the intention of awakening the natural healing abilities that live in each of us, and supporting the emergence of intuitive guidance as a way of life. Julia’s mission is to align and tune our individual and collective energies so that we can return to living in right relationship with ourselves, others, and the planet... and to weave some whimsy and play in along the way. Professor Michael Kass is the founder of Story & Spirit and is passionate about helping people, organizations, and communities harness the power of story to build a future for all Beings. That passion shows up as one-on-one healing and coaching work, large-scale trainings, breathwork gatherings, and facilitating retreats. He has been privileged to work with everyone from men in California's prisons to CEOs in Istanbul. He has a bunch of fancy certifications, but is most proud of his brownies.
