Almost everyone's favourite geuzestekerijen, 3 Fonteinen have been blending lambics with fruit and creating gueuze since they opened their original cafe in 1887. Hands down the most interesting and complex amongst the handful of classic blenders and brewers to occupy the golden lambic homeland Pajottenland near Brussels 3 Fonteinen blend lambic from classical neighbours and brew their own wort as well - and they'll be talking you through some of their finest. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A SUNDAY TICKET FOR IMBC TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND. Tasting ticket price includes drinks.
