With our bespoke soundscape ‘the Hum’ featuring through each and every session, you can expect accessible, immersive Yoga classes inclusive of traditional movement, breathwork and meditation practices.

Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
Description: “Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious relaxation, also known as ‘conscious sleep’. As your body finds rest, your mind remains gently awake. Throughout Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided through stages of meditation using visualization and self-inquiry. Featuring the soothing frequencies of our Himalayan crystal singing bowls, this immersive 60-minute offering is intended to provide ultimate rest and rejuvenation.
All are welcome; no experience is required.

Flow & Restore + sound bath
Description: “Flow & Restore combines the best of Humming Puppy’s signature offerings; with an indulgent 60-minute practice blending Vinyasa flow and restorative stretches to balance and uplift the body and mind. For ultimate relaxation, our signature Savasana features a Sound Bath with our soothing crystal sound bowls.
