RELEASE and MANIFEST WORKSHOP
In this workshop, you will learn how to dissolve anxiety by connecting to the body via breathwork tapping and qi-gong. Using an easy focus visualization, you will learn how to slow your brainwaves down and re-pattern old memories that are causing self-limiting beliefs, inviting you then to use the brilliance of your imagination to harness your dreams and goals for 2024.
MANJIT DEVGUN MINDCOACH
An expert in meditation and visualization, Manjit grew up singing kirtan and practicing mantra meditation. Throughout her training and life experiences, Manjit has learned the discipline of self-awareness and mind-body connection. For the last eight years, she has found that her clients have benefited from a more personalized and integrated approach in breaking through negative patterns and manifesting goals. Manjit has channeled these learnings into her unique coaching method of integrative self-hypnosis, breathwork, energy healing, and mindfulness techniques.
