Saturday, June 1st At 9 am Join san studio’s Lead Instructor Brittany Ransom in a 60-minute Xformer-inspired pilates class, where you’ll experience sculpting and toning exercises using body-weight and gliders, balanced with activating and meditative breathwork. The name san means three, representing the integration of mind, body, and spirit into every journey for a holistic, highly effective workout that tones and sculpts the body while balancing your mind.
