Please join Dr. Sada Simran and Thais Tiosi for a unique Sunset Gong and Sound Bath on Lighthouse Beach, Marina del Rey.
Sunday, July 26th at 6 pm on Marina del Rey near Lifeguard Tower 47 (on Lighthouse street)
(please plan on arriving at 5:30 pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach, event starts at 6 pm)
Bring a mat, blanket or beach towel to lay on and a jacket in case it gets chill. You can bring whatever will help you have a better experience.

During the soundbath the pure, high frequency sounds of the crystal bowls resonate and entrain with our physical, emotional and energetic bodies, bringing the possibility of clearing, cleansing and balancing at the cellular level.
Everything in the whole universe is vibrating all the time – even things that appear still, and even the cells of our bodies. As we are made up of up to 80% water, our bodies are brilliant conductors of sound, in the session your brain waves change from a Beta (waking state) to Theta & Delta (deep meditation state), this puts the body in the best state to heal itself, unlock blockages, release traumas and bring you to a deep relaxation.
Sound bath helps to:
-reduce stress and pain,
-bring deep relaxation,
-develop self awareness,
-improve learning and clarify personal values.
-promote creativity.
Please bring a sacred item (picture, crystal, mala or any sacred object) to be cleaned and charged energetically that you can take back with you.
