Taking place at the beautiful Bigelow Brewing Company, the event will feature a five-course grain-based tasting menu, with local libations served at the barn bar of course! The goal of the meal is to highlight Maine-grown grains in each dish, so we invited five local Chefs/restauranteurs to each come up with a creation showcasing these grains...
