Q1.Where do you collect wristbands?
Wristbands can be collected from the door on Friday and Saturday’s events.
Q2.How do tickets gain entry to events?
Ticket holders will be checked off at the door of each event.
Q3.What currency will be accepted?
All online sales are in British Pounds, however all clubs will only accept Euros. Card is also accepted.
Q4.Where are the events?
All events take place in central Barcelona, wristband and ticket holders will be emailed their relevant itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event.
Q5.Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other people?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on behalf of friends as well as yourself, you will need to collect your wristbands or tickets together, if not we’ll need you to email us the names of the other guests who you have purchased tickets on behalf of so that they can collect their wristband or tickets independently..
Q6.What is the Name of the Hotel and how far is the Hotel from the events?
The Name of the Hotel is Hotel SB plaza Europa 4 star and our hotel of Choice is 15 minutes from the events
