What language is the event in?The event is entirely in English.
Where do I sit? Can I sit next to my friend?Yes. You are welcome to choose your own seating when you arrive. When you arrive with your friends you have a free choice of seating. You are also able to move seats during the event (in fact, we encourage it!)
I may need extra help due to a disability or injury, can I arrange special assistance?Yes you can! Please contact us beforehand by sending an e-mail to info@tedxodense.com before 1st April 2019 and we'll make sure to have a volunteer introduce you to the assistive technology available, as well as guide you to your seat, and assist you with anything you may need.
Can I arrive late? Can I leave early?Yes, you will be able to enter or leave the auditorium during breaks in the program. But we recommend that you attend for the entire duration, so that you can make the most of this thought-provoking opportunity.
Can I change my name on my ticket and give it to a friend?You can change the name on the tickets up to 1 week before the event. So if you are unable to attend, your friend can use your ticket.
Who can get a student discount?Students with a valid student identity card are eligible for the student ticket. This includes any school, college, university, or other educational institution anywhere in the world. Be quick to grab yours, as we only have 200 student tickets available. At the event you will be asked to show your student card. In case your card does not have a expiration date, you must show a document from your school or university that you are enrolled as a student. In case you are not able to do so, we have the right to deny access to the event.
