Wednesday July 10th at Open Roof Festival Limited tickets are also available at the door, cash only, on a first come, first serve basis. Box office opens at 7:00 pm on the night of the event until tickets are sold out. TEEN SPIRIT Director: Max Minghella Genre: Drama, Music Rating: PG Running Time: 94 minutes Toronto musician Chloe Watkinson takes the stage first with her unique blend of blues, soul and rock followed by Max Minghella’s pop music-fueled stylish directorial debut, Teen Spirit. Teen Spirit is a modern Cinderella story about 17-year-old Violet (Elle Fanning), a shy teenager who dreams of escaping her small town and pursuing her passion for singing. With the help of an unlikely mentor, she enters a local singing competition that will test her integrity, talent and ambition. Featuring a dance-able soundtrack with music by Ariana Grande, Robyn, Grimes, Tegan & Sara and more, Elle Fanning proves she has the singing chops while Minghella melds it all together with his captivating music video style. With a musical performance by Chloe Watkinson Doors open at 7:00 pm, Chloe Watkinson performs at 8:00 pm, and TEEN SPIRIT will begin when the sun goes down (roughly around 9:00 pm). All relevant event information will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. If an Open Roof Festival event is rained out, we will communicate with ticket holders of the event via the email address provided to issue a rain check for a future screening. Open Roof organizers track weather radar closely and will be able to make a call on whether an event is rained out by 6:15pm. Ticket holders will receive an email of this outcome and it will also be communicated on our social media. In the event you are not able to attend another screening, proceeds from your tickets will be donated to the festival.
