Luma is excited to be working with the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario to bring you a special dinner event featuring the best of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques. Executive Chef Michael Wilson recently travelled to Liguria, Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta to experience authentic and traditional Northern Italian cuisine. Inspired by his trip abroad, he has crafted a delicious five-course menu complete with wine pairings.
