Many career workshops focus on hard data, industry growth, or skills inventories, but we know that your journey to share your gifts with the world won’t be found in a workbook. This inspiring series will engage a part of you that may not get used very often: your creative, insightful, ambitious inner self. Through interactive exercises, reflection, and experiential learning, we’ll show you how to create a career that you love.Topics that we’ll cover in this transformational workshop series include:Your Unique Strengths: What flows easily for you, and how can we get more of it into your career?Designing a Career you Love: We’ll create a visual, tangible representation of the career you want.Creating a Career you Love: We'll spend time developing concrete action plans to help you create the career you've been waiting for. About the Workshop Facilitator:Megan Leatherman is a Human Resources Consultant and Career Coach who has worked extensively with professionals seeking to make changes in their careers. Megan is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is passionate about making the workplace more human-friendly. Her workshops on work-life integration have inspired dozens of participants to change the way that they relate to their work. Megan earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and her Master's degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the University of Oregon. She currently coaches individuals who are seeking to build a career that is in better alignment with their gifts, feels more authentic, and is nourishing to their soul.
