On October 23 at 11 AM CT, we're releasing our first-ever edition of The Front Market Holiday Guide. Featuring all of our 2020 and 2021 vendors, the guide will go live on October 23 and 24 with a weekend of digital markets and livestreams. Consider this your one-stop digital shop to find local creatives, spaces and places to support in place of big box stores. And introduce yourself to 150+ women and LBTQ+ creatives, designers, artists and small business owners from the Texas South. 🌱 As always, the guide will be entirely free and open to the public on thefrontmarket.com. — HOW TO ATTEND THE HOLIDAY GUIDE'S RELEASE — On October 23 at 11:00 AM CT, thefrontmarket.com will transform into a living, shoppable catalogue of 150+ women, LGBTQ and BIPOC creatives, designers, artists and small business owners in Texas. To celebrate the launch, 30 of our vendors will be livestreaming from thefrontmarket.com, too. You can catch their livestreams between 11:00 AM and 2 PM CT on October 24. — HOW TO RSVP — The Front Market is always free and open to the public. The virtual holiday guide will be no different—you'll be able to access it at thefrontmarket.com after October 23 at 11 AM CT. If you RSVP for free or by donation, we’ll send you a notification when the market launches, as well as all kinds of stories about our vendors. If you make a donation when you RSVP, it'll go directly to our micro-fund, which supplies $1000 to 10 small business owners and creatives in Texas every year. — MEET THE PRODUCERS, FUTURE FRONT TEXAS — Future Front Texas is a 501c3 nonprofit, homegrown in Austin, Texas. We started as a grassroots meet-up series called Boss Babes ATX (bbatx) in 2015. We are run by a four-person staff and a network of amazing volunteers, each committed to cultivating the spaces we want to see in the world. Alongside our members, collaborators and partners, we nurture creativity, community-building and professional resilience in Texas. We make spaces where women and queer creatives, founders and leaders can grow together. Currently, we produce The Front Festival and Market, a year-round learning club and conference, as well as multiple community-care initiatives. You’re invited to join us, of course.
