Galloping in from their international premiere, Core's adaptation of the short story The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is back in the Wells Theatre as part of the Norfolk Theatre Fest!
Sit on The Wells stage as our cast of 6 weaves and winds through the words of Sleepy Hollow in true Core style.
Based on American folklore, the story revolves around school teacher Ichabod Crane who competes against Brom Bones, a local prankster, for the hand of the wealthy Katrina Van Tassel. One night, after a party, Crane heads home only to be followed by what he thinks is the ghostly legend of Sleepy Hollow, the Headless Horseman. Can he make it to the bridge before the horseman and out run his death? Song, dance, live sound effects, and high energy physicality all combine to bring you
along for the humorous and fateful ride of Ichabod Crane.
