Would you like to help your child to feel better equipped to face up-coming challenges in the 'tween' years?
To prepare your child for this fast world in which we live?
To give them a chance to be better capable of making wise choices when it comes to technology, social media and pressures in and out of school?
The 8 week mindfulness-based course is delivered by Hayley, an experienced secondary school teacher and senior leader and also a qualified mindfulness practitioner (DBS checked).
It helps young people aged between 8 and 12 build resilience and to learn how to adopt a positive mindset when it comes to things like SATS, selection tests, transferring to secondary school, and changing social circles.
The course is 8 sessions.
