I'm not just walking to get from one place to another; I'm walking to find out what happens next, to see what surprises and delights I'll discover along the way. And often, those surprises and delights find their way into my poetry….The trees, the birds, the flowers, the clouds, the sky, they all have something to teach us about the beauty and mystery of life. And when we walk mindfully, we become open to receiving those teachings.

Join us for a unique and immersive experience at Sea Ranch Lodge, where we'll explore the beauty of nature through poetry and walking meditation. Inspired by the works of Mary Oliver and David Whyte, we'll wander through the stunning landscape, using poetry and metaphor to deepen our connection with the natural world. This workshop will not only enhance your appreciation for the environment but also provide tools to integrate poetry into your daily life.
We will be exploring the grounds during this workshop & will be outside exposed to the elements. Please come prepared to be in nature, rain jacket and umbrella is suggested.
All materails will be provided, including journal, a pen and workshop takeaways.
