What is the Proptech Society?
The Tech Society facilitates transactions among emerging technology Founders/C-Suite, investors and service providers. The Tech Society owns The Entrepreneurship Society, The Cannabis Society, The Blockchain Society, The PropTech Society, The E-Gaming Society, and The Collective (Women's Only).
The Tech Society creates, markets and executes 120+ emerging technology conferences and hackathons annually in the USA, Canada, and Europe with expansion planned for Asia in 2019.
The Proptech Society is dedicated to driving the growth of Proptech by educating the marketplace. This exclusive invite-only conference will be attended by proptech industry executives, entrepreneurs, influencers, and media.
With our friends, partners, journalists, communicators and executives from across the proptech industry, we will be discussing industry news and trends. With the goal being to deliver vital, trustworthy information and analysis in the most efficient way possible.
Property Tech is set to be one of the fastest growing tech sector in 2019, and we are committed to provide an environment that help accelerate deal making in this emerging space. This will allow you to touch and feel what our Proptech Conferences are all about. This conference will be hosted in a private space in Toronto.

Chetan Phull is the Founder of Smartblock
Chetan is a lawyer with software development experience. He is the founder of a law firm in Toronto focused on blockchain, cryptocurrency, IT contracts, and litigation. Chetan is also an international speaker on cross-border legal management of blockchain operations. He has given blockchain law seminars for the Ontario Bar Association and Dubai Government, and has upcoming seminars in Toronto, London, Frankfurt, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Buffalo. Chetan is a blockchain law instructor with York University and Osgoode PD, and an expert legal panelist at various industry events. He has recorded a blockchain law podcast with the London School of Economics, and has been interviewed by several lawyer centric magazines on cryptocurrency issues.
Sal Naran is the Founder of Savvyy.ai and Borrowell
Salim is the Co-founder of Savvyyy.ai and Borrowell with many years of experience in the IT world. Savvyy.ai is a Toronto-based technology company that is building the next generation of digital mortgage infrastructure for lenders. They use data and design to reduce loan processing costs, improve the customer journey and let lenders deliver amazing experiences. Borrowell, is a Canadian innovative marketplace lending platform that offers fast, fair, and friendly personal loans. It is also the first company to offer Canadians their Equifax credit scores for free, without applying for credit. Previously, Salim held the position of SVP of Information Technology at Paradigm Quest whic is a business process outsourcing company in the Canadian mortgage industry. At Paradigm Salim was responsible for leading and building their loan servicing and underwriting platform. Prior he also held the position of Manager of IT at Synergy Asset Management. Synergy is one of only three Canadian mutual fund companies to reach one billion dollars of assets under management in less than three years.
Graeme Moore is the VP of Marketing at Polymath and sits on the advisory board of Red Swan

Reuven Gorsht is the Co-founder of MoveSnap.

Prior to co-founding MoveSnap, Reuven spent 15+ years as a senior executive working with fortune 500 companies to improve their customer experience. He holds degrees in business and human resources and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
Adam Brind is a co-founder of Core Assets Real Estate
Since launching in January 2013, the company has quickly become one of the leading full-service brokerages in the Toronto market selling in excess of $500,000,000 in the first five years of operation. As a real estate Broker, Adam has over 10 years of experience selling luxury properties and is one of Toronto’s foremost real estate Brokers putting him in the top 1% year-over-year, among Toronto Real Estate Board members. Adam has a focus on the luxury markets in central Toronto including custom built homes, recently renovated properties and underdeveloped land. Justin Dharamdial is an Associate in corporate at Osler
Justin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and completed his articles with the firm from 2012-2013. Justin returned to Osler as an associate in 2013. Prior to law school, Justin obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University with a concentration in Finance. While at Queen’s he participated in an exchange to a university in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While at Osgoode, he spent a term at a legal clinic in Toronto, helping clients with immigration and refugee law issues, and worked as a research assistant to Professors Sean Rehaag and Shin Imai.
Mark McLean is the Director at Ontario Real Estate Board
Mark is a 30 year veteran of the real estate industry in Toronto Ontario. He was instrumental in bringing Sotheby's International Realty Canada to Ontario in 2007 before moving to Bosley Real Estate, one of the oldest and largest boutique companies in the city. There, he opened a very successful branch on Queen Street West where he managed the company's second most profitable office as well as overseeing the marketing and social media departments. In March of 2017, Mark became Broker of Record for Property.ca Realty. In his first 18 months, Property.ca Realty grew from 75 to over 220 agents, opened 3 satellite offices in the GTA and became one of the top brokerages in the city closing over $800M in transactions.
Andrew Hamer is a Senior Manager at Monitor Deloitte
Andrew is the Banking Industry Lead within the Monitor Deloitte Canada Strategy Consulting practice as well as the Co-lead of Deloitte’s Digital Lending group. Andrew works with Boards and management teams to prioritize strategic choices, identify and assess growth options, design new business models, and catalyze transformation. Andrew has experience across the lending ecosystem with incumbent lenders, fintechs, and credit bureaus, in areas including distribution strategy, growth strategy, acquisition / strategic partner target due diligence, business model design and agile program delivery. Previously, Andrew was a Strategic Partnership Leader at Equifax Canada and led deposit market research at Investor Economics.
Nicole LeBlanc is Director of Investments and Partnerships for Sidewalk Labs
Before joining Sidewalk, Nicole was a Director at BDC Capital, where she managed the seed stage investments and associated portfolio. She has over 10 years of experience as an investment professional, with a focus on early-stage financing opportunities and ecosystem development. Before joining BDC Nicole was the Director of Finance at NBIF, an East Coast seed fund, and held initial finance & operational roles in several early stage startups. Nicole began her career as a CPA, including roles as a controller at Ganong Bros. Ltd., an East Coast family-run confectionery manufacturer that invented the chocolate bar.
Natasha Lemire-Blair is the Vice President of Membership and Technology at Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA)
In her role, Natasha oversees membership products and services including the association’s standard real estate forms, promoting Ontario REALTORS’® access to cutting edge technology, the Young Professionals Network, commercial REALTOR® activities, leadership development and OREA’s bi-annual conference “REALiTY” to be held in Niagara Falls, February 25 – February 27, 2020. Natasha is a graduate of the Political Science program at Wilfred Laurier University, earned her Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University and has her CAE® - Certified Association Executive designation.
Andrew Fogliato is the Founder at JustSellHomes.com
Andrew is a Facebook Ad Strategist. From his start as a real estate agent, to becoming a trainer, and then launching Just Sell Homes, a digital marketing agency for the real estate industry. Andrew has continued to immerse himself in the industry and help get results for agents, brokers, vendors, and coaches who serve the industry. He hosts his own show called “Over a Pint” where he has conversations with interesting people across the business world. He’s spoken at events such as the Annual NAR convention, Inman News, OREA REALiTY Conference, Banff Western Connection, and so many others. Andrew has a passion for marketing, real estate, and business but when he’s not working he’s spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog or playing basketball, mountain biking, and writing biographies in the 3rd person.
