Dr. Kelly is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults walking the paths of healing, growth, and deep transformation. She has served as a supervisor and mentor to a number of new and developing therapists in the South Bay. She weaves psychology, mindfulness and spirituality to create an individualized approach to healing and wellness. She began her meditation practice over a decade ago and it transformed both her personal life and approach to her psychotherapy practice. Even though Kelly trained with some of the best and brightest minds in the worlds of psychology and spirituality, the natural world has been Kelly’s greatest teacher.
