Join us at 10am on Monday 13th April as we host the world's biggest yoga class online, in aid of the NHS Charities COVID-19 appeal. Our goal is that at least 125,000 people attend (a figure representing just one tenth of the total NHS workforce) and each donate at least £1 for a total of £125,000 for the NHS.
We're inviting you to take a moment to tune in and connect with thousands of others to reflect, take a moment away from the challenges that we are all facing and acknowledge the work being done across the country by the NHS.
This 45 minute class will be taught by HPY co-founder Nick Higgins and will be suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Viewers can choose whether to join via Instagram or YouTube.
