This brand-new story featuring his beloved characters will delight fans young and old once again. Terms and Conditions We want all fans to have the best possible experience at Tom’s events. In the interest of the limited time available and to maximise the number of fans that Tom can meet, the following terms & conditions will be in effect for the A Christmasaurus Carol book signing Event. We are putting these rules in place for the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved. We look forward to seeing you there! Tickets are available from Ticketmaster https://www.universe.com/events/tom-fletcher-signing-a-christmasaurus-carol for purchase at a price of £9.04. The purchase price includes one of a limited number of places for the Event, plus a copy of A Christmasaurus Carol (booking fee included). The Event will operate on a first come first served basis, so early arrival is recommended. Queuing will be available one hour prior to the event. Early arrivals will be turned away. Anyone arriving to the store before 3pm will be asked to return at or after 3pm. Your ticket entitles you to one place in the queue to have your copy of A Christmasaurus Carol signed by Tom Fletcher at the Event. Anyone under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Parents accompanying their children do not require a ticket (one accompanying adult per child with ticket. You will be required to show your ticket on the day of the event, to gain entry, and as proof of purchase. To avoid disappointment, we must stress there will be no opportunity to meet Tom without a ticket. Due to the anticipated high turn-out, please come prepared to queue – we will aim to keep you updated on your waiting time. Some outside queuing maybe required, so please do come dressed appropriately for all weathers and keep hydrated. Refreshments will not be available at the Event, but facilities are available instore or at nearby outlets. Ticket holders will receive their copy of the book(s) at the event. Due to time restrictions, Tom will only be able to sign two books per ticket holder, one copy can be personalised and the other just signed. A photo opportunity will be available with Tom in front of the signing table, so please feel free to bring your cameras! Staff will be on hand to take your camera/phone to get a photo of you with Tom whilst he signs your book. Please note only ONE photo per ticket holder permitted due to timing restrictions. Please note the event may be filmed. If you are attending and do not consent to footage of you being used for promotional purposes, please notify WHSmith without delay at support@whsmith.co.uk. The exact time at which the Event ends will be determined by the promoters on the day. Management has the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the Event who does not comply with these rules or who fails to follow reasonable instructions on the day. Please note that events can occasionally be cancelled at short notice or their times or dates may alter; we therefore recommend that you check with our store before travelling.
