On Tuesday, June 19, the GTA Tech Leaders Concert Series invites you to join us to kick off the summer season with an evening of networking and live music. Hosted at the Phoenix Concert Theatre, leading technology companies, investors and ecosystem supporters within the Toronto and Waterloo technology sector will band together to entertain you in support of SickKids. Doors open at 7PM. Live music commences at 8pm and will be played by Unlock the Grid (Vena Solutions) Wellington U (Intelex), and BucketList (ensemble of tech sector leaders). Food and drinks available for purchase. This event is held in fond memory of Derek Smyth, an executive, venture capitalist and tech industry supporter who many credit with helping build the foundation for a stronger Canadian technology ecosystem. All net proceeds will go towards the Derek Smyth Memorial Fund, in support of the oncology department at SickKids Hospital.
