1 hour Zen-Shiatsu Therapeutic Massage with Mariem Bey
This treatment is mostly floor based with clothes on, best described as having yoga done for you. Available to anyone of any age. It is a very gentle & effective 2 point pressure practice, scanning the body and allowing the bodies natural healing system to begin.
Benefits of Zen Shiatsu: due to it's calming effects, it can help with insomnia, migraines, relieve stress bringing down cortisol levels, stiff muscles, MS symptoms, digestive issues and many more.
Pregnancy massages are ok after the first trimester as long as there are no complications.
An adult should be present for under 18 ages.
