Description
Lou Weston is a qualified massage therapist trained in Shiatsu, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue Massage.
She has been working as a therapist for many years and uses Shiatsu techniques and working with the meridians (energy channels) to help release physical, emotional, and energetic blocks in the system. Her treatments are calm and relaxing yet dynamic in effect; they allow the body to begin to re-adjust itself and thus healing takes place
Please choose from one of the following treatments on the day:
- Shiatsu massage
- Deep Tissue massage
- Pregnancy massage
Pregnancy massages are ok after the first trimester as long as there are no complications.
An adult should be present for under 18 ages.
