Description
This treatment is a unique system of bodywork that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath work and yoga stretching. The session is performed on a mat on the floor and through synchronised breathing, the receiver is led progressively deeper into assisted yoga stretches that help correct postural imbalances and restore harmony to the subtle energies of the body. The treatment works towards creating inner space, dissolving physical and emotional blocks and leaving the receiver with a profound sense of well being.
Pregnancy massages are ok after the first trimester as long as there are no complications.
An adult should be present for under 18 ages.
