About the Instructor
Dr. Hong Yang started tai chi when she was 5 years old with family inheritance. Hong has been focusing on both Tai Chi theory (Tai Chi philosophy) and Tai Chi forms/skills to fulfill the two sides of Tai Chi: “Yin” and “Yang.” After she obtained the Yang side training and achieved world Tai Chi Quan championships in Tai Chi hand forms, Tai Chi Sword, and Tai Chi push hands; she put the championship titles aside to deepen the Yin side, Tai Chi philosophy and the classics of Traditional Chinese Medicine studies.
