New Year’s Eve is all about dressing up, and the chic-est party in the city is arguably going to be the second annual Valentino’s Masquerade Party.
Expect plenty of high glamour for this end-of-year intimate soiree, dedicated solely for those who want to express themselves through fashion, beauty and dance.
