HOW TO BOOK YOUR ARRIVAL SHUTTLE PASS:
Use this link to book your arrival shuttle
Your access code is your Vibee order number
Shuttles will be running every 20-30 minutes from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm - depending on traffic
Shuttle Schedule - Arrivals:
Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am-6:30 pm (last shuttle departs airport at 6:30 pm)
Fridays from 4:30 am-6:30 pm (last shuttle departs airport at 6:30 pm)
Reserve the spot that works for your arrival!
** One shuttle pass is required for each member of your travel party.
** Please note that if you arrive outside of the below-stated shuttle days and hours, or arrive to a different airport or hotel, then you will be responsible for your own transportation. People who miss shuttles will not be reimbursed for transportation.
ARRIVING AT HARRY REID INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
TRANSPORTATION TEAM @ AIRPORT: Look for our Transportation Team in their TEAL Dead & Co. shirts, which say TRANSPORT TEAM on the back. They will be on-site at Harry Reid International Airport to help assist you with any questions that you may have.
Terminal 1: Outside on Ground Transportation Level 0 - Between the doors closest to baggage claims 7 & 9
Terminal 3: Outside on Ground Transportation Level 0 - Between the doors closest to baggage claims 24 & 26
All DISCREET luxury limo buses have a unique name on the front windshield so be on the lookout as one of these can be your ride - SNAKE EYES, LET IT RIDE, NO LIMIT, BLACKJACK and BIG MONEY
HOW TO ACCESS SHUTTLES FROM TERMINAL 1: Click here for a list of flights that arrive at Terminal 1 (If your flight arrives at the C Gates, take the Green Line Tram to Terminal 1. If your flight arrives at the D Gates, take the Blue Line Tram to Terminal 1).
Make your way to baggage claim - Level 1 (Someone from the Transportation Team will be roaming the area)
Take the elevator or escalator between baggage claim carousels 7 & 9 down to Zero Level - Ground Transportation
Exit sliding glass doors to the outside area where you will find Ground Transportation (Someone from Transportation Team will be located here)
Use the pedestrian crosswalk and look for the white DISCREET luxury limo buses in the loading area
HOW TO ACCESS SHUTTLES FROM TERMINAL 3: Click here for a list of flights that arrive at Terminal 3 (If your flight arrives at the D Gates, take the Red Line Tram to Terminal 3).
Make your way to baggage claim - Zero Level (Someone from the Transportation Team will be roaming the area)
Exit sliding glass doors number 53 - closest to baggage claims 24 & 26
Once you are in the outside area, you will be in the Ground Transportation (Someone from the Transportation Team will be roaming the area)
Use the pedestrian crosswalk and look for the white DISCREET luxury limo buses in the loading area

Here are some tips when selecting your shuttle time for your arrival at Harry Reid International Airport:
NO CHECKED BAGS:
Domestic flights or international flights with immigration pre-clearance (do not need to clear immigration in Las Vegas): 15-30 minutes after scheduled arrival time.
International flights with immigration clearance in Las Vegas: 30-60 minutes after arrival
WITH CHECKED BAGS:
Domestic flights or international flights with immigration pre-clearance (do not need to clear immigration in Las Vegas): 30-45 minutes after scheduled arrival time.
International flights with immigration clearance in Las Vegas: 45-60 minutes after arrival
** Please note that if your flight or baggage is delayed, you do not need to worry if you miss your selected shuttle time. We will do our best to accommodate you on the next available shuttle. If your travel plans change, you will be able to go back to your shuttle reservation and select a new time; however, if you have multiple tickets, it will make you adjust your entire order.

Fridays from 4:00 am-6:00 pm (last shuttle departs hotel at 6:00 pm)
Sundays from 4:00 am-4:00 pm (last shuttle departs hotel at 4:00 pm)
Select a day and time that works best for your time of departure
Your access code is your Vibee order number
Make your way to The Venetian Front Entry (not the Venetian Convention center)
Shuttles will be running every 20-30 minutes from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm - depending on traffic. Look for the TEAL blue shirts - Vibee Transportation team
