Welcome! **EXTENDED DEADLINE**If you are buying this ticket, you are beginning the process of applying to become a volunteer. Yay!
Once you have bought your ticket, you will get a ticket number in an e-mail from Universe that you will need to enter that into your VOLUNTEER APPLICATION. Without the ticket number, we won't process your application. Yikes!Also, if you do not complete the application, you will not be accepted as a volunteer and your ticket will not be valid for the event.If you apply to volunteer and you are not accepted, we will refund your volunteer ticket and you may purchase a ticket through the Sh'Bang festival BOX OFFICE.Your volunteer tickets are refundable under the following circumstances:
If you apply and need to cancel your volunteer application, or are not assigned a volunteer role that works for you by Aug. 21st, we will cancel and refund your ticket PRIOR to the event. You may purchase a regular festival ticket through the Sh'Bang! website.
After you have fulfilled all your volunteer responsibilities and your Buckstop approves your refund for your ticket process the refund through Universe.
