Please check the time of your photo-op or workshop in the official Wales Comic Con guide Important Information * Autographs and photo-ops are not included in the entry price and must be purchased separately. * All guests attend subject to commitments and guest signing times may vary. Every effort is made to ensure that advertisements are correct at the time of print/display. * At each event you are responsible for collecting your photo(s) * All photos are printed in time at the events before close – Should any images not be ready for collection due to any unforeseen circumstance then high resolution digital copies will be made available for free download after the event has passed * Any photo-ops purchased will need to be collected at the event, in no circumstance will any uncollected images be posted after the event has passed * At some point we will upload all photos to our digital website where attendees can buy reprints or downloads * The print time can be up to two hours + depending on how busy a guest is, please plan accordingly so you are able to collect on the day * All guests attend subject to commitments, in the event that a photo-op ticket is purchased for a guest who cancels then a refund will be issued * Group photo-ops will be with a minimum of 3 cast members * Duo photo-ops feature at least 2 cast members * While the price paid is per image, please be aware that there is a maximum of two attendees per photo-op. Children under 9 do not count towards this limit and may appear in a photograph with a paying adult. * The time printed on your ticket is a guide only and may be subject to change before the event. You are advised to check the time of your photo-op or workshop in the official Wales Comic Con guide, which will be available online before the event and in print during the event itself. * It is your responsibility to make sure that you arrive at the venue in time for your photo-op or workshop. Refunds will not be issued if you miss your photo-op or workshop due to lateness. * If a guest cancels and your photo-op or workshop is no longer taking place, you will automatically be issued a refund after the event. Please allow at least a week after the event for any automatic refunds to be processed. * All guests attend subject to commitments and advertisements are correct at time of print/display (Guest signing times may vary on the day). * Any photo-ops purchased will need to be collected at the event, in no circumstance will any uncollected images be posted after the event has passed. * Please note that the exchange and refund period is 3 days from purchase date. * All tickets once booked after this period or bought on the day are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances or for any reason. * The resale or attempted resale of a purchased ticket is illegal and will render them void and anyone found using it or them will be refused entry. * Tickets breaching our Terms and Conditions will be cancelled and no refund will be available.
