This event is currently postponed. The venue had falsely advertised it's capacity and it's easiness to acquire a special event license in the space. We have been communicating back-and-forth with the VPD about this matter and they are aware of the ongoing activities of it while we consult them on other venues and their permits. The event is still going on - just not on November 30th, unfortunately. We are deeply hurt by this and we will give ticket holders a new date and venue announcement sometime in December when the T's are crossed and I's are dotted. If you are a ticket-holder and have not received any messages yet about this postponement - please check your junk mail or login to your universe account to read the messages that we have been sending out to you and the other ticket holders. We are doing our very best to make this happen sooner-than-later. Wild Night Out is a pop-up event focused on wild beers, wild ciders, and kombuchas. We have curated a list of fruited and non-fruited blended barrel-aged ales and belgian style beers. This experience includes all-inclusive wild beers and kombucha. Many of these beers are exclusive to this event and are not available anywhere else in Canada, with new and tasty beers coming from as far as Sydney Australia and as close as Venables St. This is a highly curated list where most bottles would be on shelves from $20 to $40 per bottle. The beers are wild but this event encourages responsible drinking and good + friendly times; we will have snacks, water and non-alcohol drink options for those who want to - or should - take it easy. Snacks are at market price and water and non-alcohol drink options are included with your ticket. All beers are included with your ticket and vary between 2-4oz. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR FESTIVAL TICKETS OR FESTIVAL TOKENS. The festival makes no guarantee that the liquor license permits all-inclusive drinking. Alcoholic beverages are all-inclusive, at the cost of your ticket, and pours exceeding 4oz are legally restricted. Pours vary between 2-4oz per serving, based on availability of product. Alternative fermented and non-fermented beverages are available. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR FESTIVAL TICKETS OR FESTIVAL TOKENS. NEW ENTRIES WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER 3:30PM AT SESSION ONE. NEW ENTRIES WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER 9:30PM AT SESSION TWO. RE-ENTRY IS ALLOWED UNTIL 3:15PM FOR WRISTBAND HOLDERS ONLY AT SESSION ONE. RE-ENTRY IS ALLOWED UNTIL 9:15PM FOR WRISTBAND HOLDERS ONLY AT SESSION TWO. WRISTBANDS ONCE APPLIED ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. DAMAGE TO WRISTBANDS WILL RESULT IN NO RE-ENTRY. LAST BEER TASTER IS SERVED IS 3:45PM FOR SESSION ONE. LAST BEER TASTER IS SERVED IS 9:45PM FOR SESSION TWO. ALL DAY WRISTBAND HOLDERS MUST BE OFF THE PREMISES FROM 4:00PM TO 6:00PM. The festival makes no guarantee that any particular beer or brewery will be pouring or available the entire festival. Some beers will be out faster than others. Your ticket does not guarantee any specific beer. All beers pouring will be available until they empty out and/or by event day's end. Each beer vendor booth reserve the right to hold back beers. Wild Night Out, Wild Night Out's Vendors and Sponsors, West Craft and this venue hold no responsibility if any patron gets hurt or has medical distress. Please use discretion. We ask all attendees to plan ahead, drink responsibly and arrange a safe ride home. There is a skytrain nearby. Please DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. This event is 19+ only - no minors allowed. Two pieces of ID will be required for entry. Please bring your universe.com ticket with you to the event. Serving it Right Rules apply. Any person appearing intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the festival. We reserve the right to have security remove unruly and/or intoxicated persons from the festival at our discretion.
