An all-star culinary cast
Burnt Ends chef and founder Dave Pynt makes his way home to Perth to curate four-courses of his signature modern Australian barbeque fare, in collab with Wills Domain Culinary Director Jed Gerrard. Dave’s Singaporean establishment has held a Michelin Star since 2018. Both award-winning chefs are known for their uncompromising focus on quality ingredients, crafting dishes brimming with flavour. Each dish will be paired with wine chosen by acclaimed Wills Domain wine maker Richard Rowe. This intimate evening has limited places.
